Child Custody Steps for Protecting Your Parental Rights, Your Child, and Your Pocketbook…

How do we fight for parental equality in a child custody battle? We would use the following steps:

  1. Get the book, “NOT in The Child’s Best Interest”.
  2. Get the declaratory judgment brief and complaint.
  3. Get the equal protection package.
  4. Get the protective motion package for protecting substantive rights. (coming soon)
  5. Take the online course, “Protecting Family Rights” so that you can hear how Ron explains the rights and argues them to help you learn how to mirror some of that.
  6. File the equal protection motion and the protective motion for substantive rights first and argue it to the court by framing your case with the protection of all ofyour and your child’s rights. Protecting your rights is what protects you from “court-induced parental alienation.”™
  7. Get the objection package
  8. Practice the arguments with Sherry before you go to court so that you know how to stay on your message as well as how to get the court back on to what you want the court to address.
  9. Be ready to appeal if the court decides against the rights protections arguments and didn’t use the proper due process.
  10. Use these arguments and end the delays, excuses, unnecessary expenses, and abuse the family courts will put you and your child through.

If you are not sure how or when to use these arguments and need help, get in touch with us to find out how to turn the momentum around in your situation.
