Overview: STOP THE FAMILY COURT BULLYING
In this video presentation, Ron and Sherry Palmer address critical constitutional rights, statutory procedures, and courtroom strategies that every parent needs to protect their fundamental relationship with their children.
In standard family court litigation, fit parents are routinely told that trial judges have unbounded discretion to divide custody and assign possession schedules. However, controlling Supreme Court jurisprudence strictly establishes that natural parental rights cannot be denied, stripped, or nullified without proving unfitness under strict scrutiny. Understanding these core constitutional protections empowers parents to hold attorneys and trial judges accountable to the law.
Executive Summary & Key Takeaways
- ✓ Exposes the procedural and constitutional defects in standard family court custody proceedings.
- ✓ Explains why fundamental parental rights are protected under the Fourteenth Amendment Due Process Clause.
- ✓ Equips parents with actionable legal arguments to counter judicial overreach and preserve the record for appeal.

Welcome and congratulations on registering for our next webinar, one of the most powerful on Friday, April 4th at 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Hi, I'm Sheri Palmer with Fixed Family Courts. My husband and I are constitutional scholars. My husband, Ron B. Palmer, and I are authors of the most comprehensive parental rights book around. It's called Not in the Child's Best Interest. You can get it on Amazon or at our website at www.fixfamilyc courts.com. We are constitutional scholars. We also wrote the curriculum for and teach our first set of parents on parental rights and the application of these in their everyday life. And we coach parents and their attorneys on how to be more effective in their child
custody cases. We are not attorneys. The nice part about that is that we are not constrained to the same old bad routines that keep getting bad results. Our most recent research has led us to an exciting new discovery that we're going to share with you this Friday. Last week, we talked about designing your own destiny during and after divorce. This week, we're going to teach you how to deal with the bullies because we know you must be tired of being kicked around, put down, denigrated, humiliated, top of everything else that you're having to deal with. We know you've got to be tired of being attacked by opposing counsel, attacked by the other parent, attacked by the courts
themselves. So, if you're tired of trying to please everyone else and it's still not good enough, it's still not getting the results you want, it's still not getting your time back with your children, or are you tired of not being able to be yourself because they use it against you while you watch everyone else be whoever they please, whoever they want to be, make decisions freely in their own life. It just makes you sick. So, if you are suffering from feeling depressed and hopeless because nothing you've tried has made anything better and you're not getting to parent anymore the way that you feel is best for your children. They've walked all over you. You haven't figured out why.
You've hired attorneys, spent a lot of money, or you're just beginning the process and you want to prevent this from happening. Then, we look forward to seeing you on Friday where you're going to learn how to stop being afraid to assert yourself. You're going to sleep so much better after this knowing that they don't just get to take your dignity, walk all over you, do whatever they please, and that it's going to go unnoticed or without consequences. No.
After this Friday, you're going to know exactly what to do to start getting noticed, to start being heard, and no longer walk away feeling undignified. You're going to sleep better knowing that they don't get to take your dignity. Walk all over you and then you go unheard and unnoticed. You're going to sleep better knowing that they don't get to take your dignity and that they don't get to do this without consequences. You're going to feel better after this Friday because you're going to realize that not only do you matter, but you count. So you can either live a life of servitude and continue to make it easy on them to strip you of
everything you've ever worked for in your life and any kind of meaningful relationship with your children. Or you can fight back with the number one tools available today. The political climate is shifting. We've seen a lot more judiciary committees meet. Just this week even we've heard more parents telling their stories. one mother about suffering through 16 months of supervised visits. Now she has almost equal time back with her children. Does she still have to deal with the other bully ex? Yes, she does. She did get her time back, but they've destroyed her business and her ability to earn. She's penniles and broken. And now she brings this suffering to that judiciary committee in
hopes that they're going to make the changes needed. But they can't do this alone. You have to learn to start getting past the fear and standing up for yourself in court every day. You cannot spend one day giving in or acquiescing and then turning around and playing the victim and going to someone else to play the hero or asking somebody else to save you. We all know there's enough stories out there. That's not what's happening. So, we're glad that you're choosing to get off that roller coaster and join us on Friday. And I can't tell you how excited and privileged I feel to be sharing this powerful life-changing method with you.
I guarantee you that nobody else is talking about this the way that we are. Nobody seems to be addressing the core issues, and that has been darn frustrating. Parental rights are not an option. This is America. We need to live like it is. The state cannot make them an option. The other parent cannot make them an option. Grandparents cannot make them an option. Join us this Friday and break the cycle of abuse. So, what do you have to lose that they're not stripping from you already or that you run the risk of them taking from you? Join us this Friday and stop this insane cycle of abuse. Only you can learn how to convert
your suffering to empowerment and peace. Thanks for registering and I look forward to serving you on Friday. [Music] [Music]
