Ron B. Palmer is the President and co-founder of Fix Family Courts. He has dedicated tens of thousands of hours to researching state and federal appellate decisions on family law, constitutional scrutiny, and civil rights. He routinely distills complex jurisdictional doctrines into actionable arguments for fit parents and attorneys.

Ron firmly believes that children are best protected and nurtured by having two fit parents in their lives who each retain equal parental authority regardless of marital status. Parental authority and the parent-child bond are natural rights that predate civil government, protected explicitly by the United States Constitution under the Fourteenth Amendment.

The Systems Engineering Perspective

Ron comes to family law reform as an accomplished expert in enterprise technology management and operational optimization frameworks applied in the world's largest corporations. Rather than accepting status-quo courtroom conventions taught in traditional trade schools, Ron analyzes family court processes as broken, inefficient systems with severe constitutional and statutory design defects.

His objective is straightforward: to create an educational ecosystem where divorce does not mean losing your children, where fit parents are protected equally under the law, and where fundamental rights are never subordinated to administrative convenience.

Notice: Ron B. Palmer is a constitutional researcher and systems consultant, NOT an attorney. He does not practice law in any jurisdiction. For legal representation or advice tailored to your individual jurisdiction, consult with a licensed attorney in your state.
