Overview: Intro to Webinar on Worst Advice I've Heard This Week
In this video presentation, Ron and Sherry Palmer address critical constitutional rights, statutory procedures, and courtroom strategies that every parent needs to protect their fundamental relationship with their children.
In standard family court litigation, fit parents are routinely told that trial judges have unbounded discretion to divide custody and assign possession schedules. However, controlling Supreme Court jurisprudence strictly establishes that natural parental rights cannot be denied, stripped, or nullified without proving unfitness under strict scrutiny. Understanding these core constitutional protections empowers parents to hold attorneys and trial judges accountable to the law.
Executive Summary & Key Takeaways
- ✓ Exposes the procedural and constitutional defects in standard family court custody proceedings.
- ✓ Explains why fundamental parental rights are protected under the Fourteenth Amendment Due Process Clause.
- ✓ Equips parents with actionable legal arguments to counter judicial overreach and preserve the record for appeal.

hi I'm Sher Palmer with fixed family courts I'm really excited that you decided to join us on Monday night at 8:00 Central Standard time I decided to put this webinar together because I've noticed that there's so much more information out there than there used to be when I was going through it and I wanted to make sure that everyone that's following our material don't get confused also there can be quite a bit of pressure to give in the ideas that are presented from experts an attorney is considered an expert a family health specialists can be considered an expert judges and others that work in the field so it's gotten pretty important that we
address some of this and what I wanted to share with you in this webinar Monday night is some of the things that I've been told just recently by family law attorneys and from parents who are being advised by family law attorneys I want to help expose what that advice leads to and what the possible consequences might be when you're going through this you can get really overloaded and very stressed out and unable to analyze the so you can be a part of our discussion instead of being caught in the family court system where your rights are never clear and they're never provided to you by anyone that you hire what are your
options in a system designed to thwart your efforts to do what you feel is best or right for you and your family and how many of you have had your attorney come to you and say well we have no other option but to agree just like this attorney did with this mother you okay l in huh yeah I'll keep my voice low thanks I spoke with your husband's lawyer and says he's fine I'm C school in the morning okay I part is going to piss you off they want sexy to see a psychologist to be evaluated there's nothing we can do about that but say yes so we're saying yes okay and I don't know call it ironic or
not but these clips came from a movie called Dark Water with Jennifer Connelly and that it happens to be a terror flick so whoever made this film had the right idea about what it feels like to go through family court and not know your rights I'm really excited that you'll be joining us on Monday make sure you mark it down on your calendar because we do have limited space and we want to make sure that you get in to get this information right away so we know how important it is that there are no further delays and that you have the tools necessary to get things moving and resolved as fast as possible so you and
your child can be together again and make sure you bring a list of your questions because we will have Q&A time during this webinar see you Monday night see you then
